We find what your operation wastes. Then we build the AI that stops it.
OBEL starts every engagement with an operations audit: we interview your team, map how your business actually runs, and put a dollar figure on the routine work that could run itself. Then we build only what the numbers justify, and your team stays in control at every step.
One deliverable. Every number sourced.
Over two to four weeks we interview the people who actually own each process, study your tools and data, and hand you a document your leadership team can act on. Here is what is inside.
Process map
How your business actually operates, department by department, with every pain point marked and tied to what causes it.
Quantified waste report
Hours multiplied by real rates, sourced from your own team's interviews rather than industry averages. Every figure cites the person who gave it.
Priority matrix
What to build first, ranked by impact against effort. What comes later. And what should never be built at all.
Risk map
The processes where we advise you not to use AI, because the data is too sensitive or the cost of failure is too high, and why.
Data and systems assessment
Which of your tools can be connected and automated, which cannot, and what that means for the order of work.
AI blueprint
A phased implementation roadmap: data first, then systems, then intelligence, with expected returns attached to every line.
Why an audit first? Automating one process without mapping the operation around it is how businesses end up patching leak after leak. The map is the foundation; the build order comes from the numbers, not from whichever tool is loudest this month.
After the audit, five kinds of work
Everything below comes off your priority matrix, on a fixed scope, built on the leading commercial AI models and modern agent tooling.
Skills and plugins
Your team's procedures, documented and turned into AI skills your people trigger themselves: drafting, quoting, reporting, preparing documents. We teach your team to run and edit them.
Background automations
Event-driven workflows that run without manual triggers: reconciliation, data entry, monitoring, follow-ups. Human sign-off stays wherever the stakes require it.
Executive copilots
A unified data layer over the systems you already run, plus daily decision-ready reporting for finance, operations, commerce and customer service.
Small custom builds
Focused tools that fill the gaps your existing systems cannot cover. We build around the tools you trust, not over them: established operations cannot afford downtime.
Data unification and migration
Connecting and cleaning the data everything else depends on, including getting your history out of closed legacy systems when they block progress.
From a conversation to systems your team runs
Discovery call
An honest conversation about how your business runs and whether AI can move the needle for you. If it cannot, we say so and part as friends.
The audit
Interviews with the people who own each process, then the full deliverable: map, numbers, priorities, risks and blueprint. Two to four weeks.
Build and train
We build the top of your priority matrix on a fixed scope. Every system runs in shadow mode first, and we train your team to run and edit what we ship.
Ongoing partnership
Your business keeps changing and so do the models. We keep your systems current, handle the edge cases, and onboard new people as you grow.
Three things we hold ourselves to
We do not sell autonomy. Agents start as advisors, and earn trust with verified results.
Control stays with peopleWe will tell you where AI does not belong in your business. Trust is built by what we refuse to sell.
The risk map is part of every auditYou own everything we build: the files, the prompts, the documentation. No lock-in, ever.
Independence over dependencyBuilt by an operator, for operators
OBEL INC. is a Delaware corporation founded in August 2026 by Konstantin Sever, an entrepreneur with 20 years of experience building and running distributed, omnichannel businesses.
OBEL grew out of the internal AI systems Konstantin built to help manage a manufacturing and e-commerce group of 50+ people across multiple time zones: a unified data layer, operational agents and executive copilots used in day-to-day management.
We are now bringing that same capability to other companies, starting every engagement the same way we started ours: by finding out where the time and money actually go.
